spent the afternoon cleaning the kitchen. it started out with sweeping my bedroom, then the hallways, then the kitchen...and, well, if i was going to sweep the kitchen, why not mop it? which led to mopping the little side room to the side of the kitchen as well, cleaning the dishes, putting away the dishes & emptying out the dishwasher, moving the shelf to clean the floor under that (and then cleaning the back of the microwave), cleaning the coffeemaker (er, as well as could be, anyway), and then eventually taking out garbage, wiping down the counter and the stove. and actually, i wound up mopping the damn floor four times, ha.
