Day 04 - The most surprising plot twist or ending
The Mist. I hadn't read the short story before seeing the movie so I wasn't expecting anything. Even still, I wasn't expecting what happened to actually happen--and was a little pissed that they ended the movie that way. I've read the short story since and I'm not sure why they decided to change the ending that way (Cujo also comes to mind for Stephen King--changed endings) but I'm really wishing that they'd just stuck with he original ending or added more onto that one (such as the group are rescued after all). Eh. All in all, though, a really good story-to-movie adaption...but I'm once again liking a story more than the movie adaption).
