Day 24 - Your favorite movie and what it’s about.
I have two favourites, actually: The Wizard of OZ and The Forsaken. Uhm.
The Wizard of OZ is about a girl named Dorothy, who, during a tornado, is brought to the land of OZ (her house is blown up into the eye of the tornado and OZ is where the house lands). She has wonderful adventures in OZ, blahblah. Uh. First she meets the Munchkins and the good witch of the north and gets a pair of ruby slippers--her house landed on an evil witch and killed her so the witch of the north decided Dorothy should have the slippers. The Munchkins like to sing and eventually Dorothy is 'off to see the Wizard' by use of the yellow brick road. While traveling to OZ to ask the wizard for a wa home, she meets the Scarecrow--who goes along with Dorothy wanting a brain, the Tinman--who goes along wanting a heart, and the Cowardly Lion--who goes with wanting courage. They make it to OZ eventually and soon all get what they are looking for and Dorothy returns home to Kansas.

The Forsaken is about Sean, who's on road traveling to get to his sister's wedding. Along the way he picks up hitchhiker Nick. They soon end up finding a girl who seems sick or drunk, and Nick basically kidnaps her because he knows what's wrong with her. Because he has the same problem. They're both vampires--the girl having been bit by Kit, and Nick thinking Kit is the one who bit him... basically while trying to restrain the girl (seriously I've forgotten her name) Sean is ALSO bitten. But no worries, Nick has a 'vaccine' that keeps the virus at bay for about a year. Blahdeblah. Kit and his friends are after this girl (she was supposed to have been killed after being bitten) and while doing so both Penn and Teddy are killed. Kit is pissed about that basically and decides Sean should be his new driver--Penn was his previous driver because Penn could actually go out in sunlight while Kit, Cym, and Teddy were stuck riding in the trunk. And uh. Let's not spoil the ending, huh?
